Monitoring, backups and requested changes. Choose a subscription from €39/month or per-task support. Maintenance is optional and separate from the workmanship warranty.
What is included
- Monitoring
- We check every few minutes that your site responds. If it goes down, we are alerted before you hear about it from a customer.
- Backups
- Daily backups stored off-server. Once a quarter, we check that a backup can actually be restored.
- Updates
- Certificates, dependencies and server settings. Static websites need fewer updates, but still need care.
- Changes on request
- A new page, updated prices or a new image. Email us and we will respond within 24 hours on business days.
- Monthly report
- One email covering visitors, traffic sources and work completed on your site. A concise summary, not pages of charts.

No long-term contract. Cancel with one month's notice and no penalty. Your website remains yours and continues to work if you stop the subscription.
Your warranty is separate. We fix defects caused by our work free of charge, with or without a subscription.
