This website collects personal data through its enquiry form. Below, we explain what we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to request deletion.

What data we collect
Through the enquiry form: name, company name, email, phone, project type, estimated budget and your message. Only name and email are required; the remaining fields are optional.
We do not collect special categories of personal data or request payment details through this website.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Where an enquiry does not lead to a contract, we process the data based on our legitimate interest in managing correspondence.
How long we keep your data
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 12 months, then deleted. Enquiries that lead to a contract: for the duration of the contract and subsequently for the period required by accounting and tax law.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing. Access is limited to the following, where necessary:
- the hosting provider whose server hosts the website;
- the service that forwards form submissions to our email, if enabled;
- the email provider through which we read your message.
Cookies
This website does not set tracking cookies or use advertising scripts. Your browser may store a small technical preference so the opening animation does not replay on every visit. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Your calculator selection and enquiry draft when switching languages are temporarily stored in the current browser session so you do not have to enter them again. This data is not sent automatically.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which discloses your IP address to Google. Hosting the fonts on this website would remove that connection.
Your rights

- request deletion;
- object to processing;
- request restriction of processing;
- receive your data in a machine-readable format.
